This privacy policy applies to the Flappy Fish mobile game (the “App”) published by Jon Bonmateo (the “Developer”) for the Google Play Store.
Information We Collect
None. Flappy Fish does not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data.
Data Stored on Your Device
The App saves the following information locally on your device only,
using Android’s standard on-device storage (SharedPreferences):
- Your high score
- Your coin balance
- Which fish skins you have unlocked
- Your sound on/off preference
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to the Developer or to any third party. Uninstalling the App removes this data.
Permissions
Flappy Fish requests no sensitive Android permissions. It does not access the internet, camera, microphone, location, storage, or contacts.
Third-Party Services
Flappy Fish contains no third-party advertising, no analytics, and no social or tracking SDKs. The App does not communicate with any servers.
Children’s Privacy
Flappy Fish is suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no data whatsoever, it is compliant with children’s privacy regulations such as COPPA and the GDPR-K. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at the same URL with a new “Last updated” date.
